RETURN and WARRANTY POLICY

You may return a faulty item within one-year and receive a replacement for that faulty item. Returns must be mailed back to the Returns Center. Visit our help center and select Ask A Question to start the return/reufnd process.  Huetiufl Customer Service will issue a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your steamer.  Once we receive shipment, your replacement/refund will be processed.  Please allow up to 10 business day for the process to be complete. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY.

We do accept returns and will refund 100% of the purchase price. Send an email to support@behuetiful.com or go to our help center and fill out the form under Ask A Question. Return requests must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. Details on where to send the return will be provided once a request has been made. Once the return has been verified, we will issue an electronic refund via PayPal. The customer will be responsible for paying for the return via whichever transportation carrier you prefer.
