Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our central warehouse within 2 business days of reciept. You will typically receive a tracking number the day your order ships. If you have not recevied a tracking number after 3 business days, please submit a ticket in our help system. Orders to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO may take longer to process. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by Huetiful to the following destinations:

Alaska and Hawaii
APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses
Canada
U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
International Shipping (other than Canada)

Alaska and Hawaii Addresses

We now offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $20. Our shipping partner to these states is USPS. Please allow 5-7 days from when you receive your tracking number until delivery. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sunday.

APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

We not only ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We don’t increase the cost to ship to these locations. Two members of the Huetiful Team proudly served in the Armed Services and we will do everything possible to support those who are serving. All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Canada

We now offer shipping to Canada for an additional $25. We charge less than retail shipping costs because we understand that you'll have to pay postal fees and taxes at your post office to receive the product. You will be responsible for Postal Fee ($5) and GST/PST which can range from 5% (Alberta) to just under 13% in Quebec or Ontario. We will honor our 1-year replacement guarantee as well as a 45-day money-back guarantee of $100. Canadian consumers must pay for the return shipping.

U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)

We do not ship to any U.S. Protectorates due to our current fixed cost that includes FREE SHIPPING.

International Shipping

We ship to the following International locations, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Portugal. The additonal fee to these countries is $44.00 and shipping is via USPS Priority International Mail. Additional local taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that you purchase the proper Huetiful Steamer for your country's power requirements. We offer a European unit that is 220v with the proper plug to be used in the countries listed above.
