RETURNS PROCESS for “Huetiful Hair Steamer Buyers”

1. Email support@behuetiful.com to request a return shipping label. The return shipment label will only be emailed to the requesting email address.

2. Huetiful LLC will email the buyer of the Huetiful Hair Steamer a pre-paid return shipping label. The pre-paid return shipping label must be affixed to the cardboard shipping box that came with your Huetiful Hair Steamer shipment or a 15"x15"x10" box of your own.

3. Once Huetiful receives your Return, we will verify that all original parts are in the box.

4. Huetiful LLC will send a refund check to the original shipping address and buyer. For security reasons, the check can only be made out to the name of the buyer.
