Skin Care Consultant - Chinue

 

 

Meet Chinue Battiste-Dawkins, Huetiful’s new skin care consultant. Chinue is a licensed esthetician, make up artist and beauty fanatic from Atlanta, GA. She was inspired by all the beautiful women in her family to pursue a career in aesthetics. Since the age of 17, she has worked in beauty and service related fields.

 

She attended college for a year but enjoyed arching eyebrows and applying make up to her dorm mates much more than attending class. Instead of going back to college the next year, she came back to Atlanta and enrolled at The International School of Skin & Nailcare. This school ignited her passion for beauty and self care even more. She graduated a year and a half later and soon after became a State of Georgia Licensed Esthetician. After working at various spa's while pregnant and raising her first child, she became a product rep and then a brow artist at Nordstrom.

 

While pregnant with her 2nd child, she relocated to Birmingham, Alabama. Since she has been in Birmingham, she has worked at a medical spa, as a freelance artist and now as an Artist for an international make up line. Chinue's passion for skincare is now driving her share beauty and self-care tips with women and enjoys every moment of it!
